Premium 12mm Engineered Wood Flooring

Premium 12mm engineered flooring is our thinnest board, with a 3mm real oak top layer. It uses a click locking system, not tongue and groove like the rest of our engineered wood range. So boards click together without glue.

Boards are 190mm wide and a fixed 1900mm long. At 12mm thick, it's the lowest profile board in our engineered wood range. That's useful if you need to keep the floor height down, say under a door threshold.

All eight Premium 12mm engineered flooring colours come in a matt lacquered finish. That's a tough, easy-clean surface. But you can't spot-repair a scratch with oil the way you can on our brushed and oiled ranges. You can still sand and relacquer a matt lacquered floor. It just needs a full room job, not a quick fix. Or, since it's a click system, you can lift up individual boards and swap the damaged one out. Time-consuming, but possible.

Premium engineered wood costs close to the rest of our engineered wood range. So there's not much saved by choosing it, unless floor height is the deciding factor. If height isn't tight, Excellence at 14mm gives you more board for similar money.
