Timeless 18mm Engineered Wood Flooring

Timeless 18mm engineered flooring has a 4mm real oak top layer, one of our thickest wear layers. Boards use a tongue and groove locking system. You can float them, glue them down, or nail them, rather than clicking them together.

Most colours are 189mm wide with a random board length. One width option, at 190mm, comes in a fixed 1900mm length instead, giving a different look with fewer joins across the room.

This 18mm engineered oak flooring carries a Class 23 heavy domestic and Class 32 general commercial rating. So it holds up well in busy homes and light commercial spaces. Every colour comes with a 20-Year Residential Warranty.

Five of our seven timeless engineered wood colours come brushed and UV oiled. So you can sand and re-oil them down the line. The other two, Oak Rustic Matt Lacquered and Black American Walnut, are lacquered instead. You can still sand and relacquer a lacquered floor, but only as a full room job, not a quick fix.
